Windows 10 is being discontinued on new corporate devices from the start of 2024, Windows 11 at the factory is the new standard. If you have Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 Enterprise licensing and work with TLC Managed Services, you can downgrade these to Windows 10 to allow a transition to 11 on your terms.

In October 2025, support and security patching from Microsoft ends for devices with Windows 10 installed.
