A copy of your proof of purchase may be required for warranty repairs. Parts and labour for all warranty repairs are covered by the device warranty.
Non-warranty repair charges:
All prices quoted exclude GST and freight unless otherwise stated.
We require that all devices have Find My iPhone turned off and that your data has been backed up prior to The Laptop Company providing service.
Please back up your data first
The Laptop Company is not liable for any data loss that may occur, and it is the responsibility of the owner to back up any data prior to the device being booked in. In the event of a hard drive failure, best endeavours are taken to retrieve data. Additional charges may apply if extensive data recovery is required. Data recovery is not always possible.

Any faults detected that are not covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty terms and conditions will incur a minimum service fee. Any further chargeable work (including parts and standard hourly charges for labour) will only be carried out following approval by the customer.
The assessment fee covers the time taken to diagnose the fault(s) and document the repair. Some faults can be repaired during the initial diagnosis and require no extra charge.
The Laptop company endeavour to supply an accurate quote for repairs, however, if supplier pricing should change between the date of quotation and the date of acceptance, or if there is an error in the price quoted the client will be re-quoted before the repair is carried out.
