Windows 10 is not supported by Copilot+PC devices - all run Windows 11 2H24 or later. Windows 11 on ARM64 includes Microsoft PRISM for running Intel and AMD software in emulation mode, and a number of key Microsoft and Adobe programs run natively on ARM.
